TERMS OF SERVICE — FROSTÉ SKIN

1. INTRODUCTION  
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Frosté Skin’s website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY  
You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

3. PRODUCTS  
All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be free from inaccuracies.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT  
Prices are subject to change without notice.  
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE  
Your order is not considered accepted until it has been processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS (STRICT POLICY)  
All purchases are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind  
- Dissatisfaction with results  
- Incorrect product selection  

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear evidence.

Failure to comply will result in automatic rejection of the claim.

7. SHIPPING & RISK  
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon dispatch.  
Frosté Skin is not liable for courier delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues beyond our control.

8. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER  
Products are for cosmetic use only.  
We are not responsible for adverse reactions, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

9. CHARGEBACK POLICY  
Customers agree to contact us before initiating any dispute.

We actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks using:
- Delivery confirmation  
- Tracking records  
- Customer communication logs  

Accounts engaging in abusive behavior may be restricted or permanently banned.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frosté Skin shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  
All content remains the exclusive property of Frosté Skin.

12. GOVERNING LAW  
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

13. AMENDMENTS  
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
