We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs clearance  
- Weather or external disruptions  


4. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS  
Once an order has been dispatched, Frosté Skin is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Customers must resolve such issues directly with the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.  
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION  
Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered fulfilled.
