Frosté Skin offers skincare products designed for cosmetic use. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT  
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change at our sole discretion.  
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY  
Delivery timeframes are estimates and provided for convenience only. Frosté Skin is not liable for delays arising from courier services, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical factors.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon dispatch.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES  
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are considered final.

We will, however, review claims for damaged or defective items if reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by appropriate supporting evidence (e.g., photographs or video).

All such claims are assessed at our sole discretion.
